Customized Training
Coach Ayala provides a customized training exercise regime for each individual student. The training focuses on improving the player’s explosive power. Through the training program, each player will learn the importance of physical balance, control and synchronization. With the proper commitment, the player will improve his strength and explosive power.

Personal Instruction
Coach Ayala provides personalized instruction for pitching, hitting and fielding. The personal instruction focuses on improving the player’s strengths while simultaneously strengthening the player’s weaknesses . Coach Ayala not only instructs his player’s on the physical aspects of the game, but continually challenges them mentally. With this approach, the player will achieve physical and mental balance.
1. Pitching
§ Each pitcher will be instructed on proper synchronization, momentum and drive. The instruction also focuses on pitch control and ball movement. Upon mastering the previous phases, the pitcher will reach maximum velocity while reducing the risk of injury.
2. Hitting
§ Each batter will be instructed on proper swing mechanics. The instruction teaches the batter on the proper utilization of hip rotation and stresses body and hand discipline. Players will learn to be short, compact and powerful.
3. Fielding
§ Each fielder will be instructed in the fundamentals of fielding. The instruction teaches the fielder on the proper approach to the ball. Players will learn the proper techniques of fielding.
Although each player has a different level of potential, with commitment and discipline in executing the program, Coach Ayala guarantees the player will reach his maximum potential.
